  I have had more than 10 years of issues with my hip, and visited multiple physical therapists about the problem, getting no help. Then I worked with a personal trainer, who did help with strengthening and flexibility exercises, but it has never gotten quite right.
  
  Finally, my trainer told me that Kessler had helped him greatly with his hip, so I finally went, and the underlying problem seems to be getting better -- finally! It's a great place.
